I like activities that can work at home, that I should not go to some special classes and things like that. Again, the need arose to dance for hours, then - I have too many pounds. Do not tell me that I have, because you surely can see that I have a belly, and huge. My legs are still good, not quite as thick as the belly, but you will not let me because after a few weeks look the same as the abdomen. Reverting to the subject title - belly dancing. As I said earlier, I did it and I know what I need, when, where, and you yourself can see why, that you do not need me. In this dance, there are some important things, so if you ever want to go to the belly, worth to read, so that there are not a blunt head.  

1)You should not before eating some food curves full of calories, fat, that would come to nausea, vomiting. I would rather eat an apple, or some similar fruit full of vitamins.


2)Work "wild" steps, easier and faster you remove weight. You'll be sweating, and it will allow faster weight loss.


3)Do not dress shirts! You stink more than you need, and the sweat leaves foul odor, I recommend you bra. Underarm to you is free, nothing around, foul odor is reduced.


4)It would be desirable if the room was dark, and when before the "exercise" good aerate the room, fresh air to enter. Believe me, you will be comfortable to dance.


5)If you come up spinning while dancing, stop immediately and lay to. Let yourself go. It is not good to dance while you are spinning.
